Friday Free

Well today is friday and weekend ahead but I will be back on losing train again and will try to be very strong this time . I dont why I cant this time around it is frustrating to no ends !! but with my affordable hcgdrops and the family on affordablehcgdrops .com I will ENDURE !!!

Turning Thursday

Well HCG followers it has not been Good !! I fell off the train bad the stress and valentines has gotten to ME !! Ifeel really bad and miserable . I need to los e so much by May 16Th and definatly by Sept 21 . I feel i have left Myself and my daughter Down . However I will pick myself up and get back on this TRAIN  I MUST !!

Hump Day

Well not sure what went wrong but I didnt lose as much only 1lb but I will take it cause according to Affordable HCG I'm still losing inch's YEAH I have heard that for every 5 lbs you lose you go down a size so now I'm trying to figure out hte formula so I can see what size I should be after a 100 lb loss .. brain is not wrapping around IT ugh .....

Woke up this morning to a cloudy groggy kinda day and THEN IT HAPPENED !!! I stepped on the SCALE  and to my AMAZEMENT  I lost 2 lbs i was so Happy and so I begin the Loser Train ,and tell myself You Can Do It !! just like the Little Engine That Could   :)

REACHING MY GOAL!!!!

Well its Monday and I woke up refreshed and with a CAN DO ATTITUDE!! I'm going to keep this attitude no matter what ! I will reach my goal this time and I will NOT CHEAT !!!  because I'm a beautiful person inside and out but I want MORE !!! I want to be a knockout along with my daughter at her wedding .. so she will be proud of MOM !!

A NEW DAY

Well this week has been very STRESSFUL !! but I'm still trying to BE GOOD! I will try to be strong this is something I need to do for myself . Being a wife of an American Airlines employee and everbody knows that story I have got to learn to deal with the everyday life of Stress . So HCG family I will be leaning on you all for Support and I know you will be there .

Bad day

Well today startedoff as good .I was sticking to protocol ,and had a job interview that went pretty good then it all fell apart . You see my Husband has worked for American Airlines for over 22 yrs and well everybody knows what is happening there so today was a very STRESSFULL  Day so I slipped again .
I feel so bad I have got TO DO THIS !!! and lunch out on Thursday . This week as not been GOOD

New Me

I have for the past severel years had an issue with my weight . I went to my daughters swearing in ceremony in Austin and met up with one of her old friends from High School that I havent seen since her wedding in 08 when he saw me he was shocked at the weight I had gained . So I decided to lose weight and came across Affordable HCG on facebook and was befriended right away .
